My Fin Fit Studio offers a fitness structure and the positive reinforcement you need, so that you can concentrate on getting your body and mind into the state you desire. PILATES - Mix Ability

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core muscles while also training your arms and legs.
My Pilates class is a system of exercise and movement that is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.
Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body as a very young man and then began teaching others.
Using resistance bands & soft Pilates Balls. Please bring your own exercise mat to class!
FITNESS CLASS - BODY TONING

If you early bird and looking for early morning fitness class this is a right class for you. Body Toning class is a fitness class designed to improve overall body tone and strength through a combination of exercises like resistance training, core work, and cardio, we using small weights (dumbbells) and bodyweight.
Regular practice can lead to improve your core strength, better posture, increases flexibility, and enhance your balance.
This class is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels, as the exercises can be modified to suit individual needs.

It's a fantastic option for those who wants to tone up and keep fit on weekly basis.
This class is designed for everyone who wants help to reach their fitness goals no matter what your current condition.
You see, once you reach 60, your body cannot repair itself as quickly as it used to. So it's very important to go easy, learn the correct way to perform the exercises and hence avoid injuring yourself. And when the exercises are done correctly, they are much more effective at building the capacity that you want and need.
You'll do 4 different types of exercises

Aerobic/Cardio (15 mins) to strengthen your heart and lungs so you can do more for longer.

Muscular Strength and Endurance (20 mins) to firm up muscles and increase your capacity to go further, faster and for longer. Using resistance bands.

Agility/Balance (15 mins) to help keep you steady on your feet and prevent stumbles and falls. Using chairs.

Flexibility (10 mins) to help you bend, twist and reach more easily.
Gent's Keep Fit Class
(Rowington Village Hall)
Monday 10:15 - 11:15am
(1hour - £10)
In this class you will build muscle, get stronger bones, decrease your risk of falls, have less pain, improve your fitness, lose fat, gain confidence and look and feel better.
Sounds good, doesn't it!
Strength training is arguably the most important type of exercise that anyone over 60 can do AND in my opinion, the most fun!
We using small weights (dummbells), resistance bands, chair and exercise mat.
Beginners Mat Pilates

Tuesday 9:15 - 10:15am & Thursday 9:00 - 10.00am

Pilates for Beginners class is a system of exercise and movement that is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and balance. Pilates attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind. This Class is a low impact, very gentle, following basic Pilates mat foundations. Please bring your own exercise Mat. Come and join us!
